Booking & Deposits:

- A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure your session date and time. I will message you the payment methods I use and confirm your appointment.

- Your session is not considered booked until the deposit has been received.

- The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your session.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

- If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

- In the event of severe weather or an emergency, I reserve the right to reschedule your session at no additional cost.

 

Session Arrival:

- Please arrive on time. If you arrive late, your session time may be shortened to avoid impacting other scheduled clients.

- If you are more than 15 minutes late without communication, your session may be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited.

 

Photo Delivery:

- Edited galleries will be delivered within 3 weeks of your session date.

- During busy seasons, turnaround times may be slightly longer, but I will communicate any delays.

 

Editing:

- All final images are professionally edited in my personal style.

- Raw (unedited) images will not be delivered.

- Additional editing requests may be subject to an extra fee.

 

Model Release:

- Unless otherwise requested before your session, I may use images from your session for my portfolio, website, and social media. If you prefer your photos remain private, please let me know before your session.
